Aliana is a three year old cat with Calico markings, and is very small.She has large eyes, a stubby tail, and is a little over weight. She's very playful, and enjoys chasing around anything that moves, and finding all sorts places in which to hide. What's the purpose of the hiding? No ones really sure, but she seems to enjoy springing out at whoever passes by. Her favorite food is tuna, which Valencia feeds her every other week, having her parents send it to her form home each month. She is very rarely in the mood for cuddling, and never, ever being held. But she seems to like Valencia. Or at least, Valencia likes her, speaking she defends the cat from all those that (rightfully) dislike her.

It really depends what she thinks of you, which will probably decide before she even speaks to you. She's come across as friendly, funny, and intelligent if she likes you, and cold, distant, snotty, and even nasty if she doesn't. She treats the majority of people in the later fashion. She's a very snotty person, and known around school for openly considering herself and her few friends above others. She also smells strongly of smoke and some musky perfume, giving her a "bad girl" vibe.

While on the surface, she may seem the most narcissistic person in Hogwarts, she has deep-seated insecurities that plague her at every turn. She has convinced herself and sometimes others that she is above others in order to battle these. She particularly scorns the "normal" because that is what others wanted her to be. Instead of changing or wishing she was normal, she instead scorned it and all who were it.

- Intelligent- If Valencia is only one thing, it is intelligent. She enjoys being informed, but also observing and making connections. The whole process of learning is something she loves more than anything. She hates to information crammed down her throat, instead she enjoys to learn lessons, make connections, and gather information by her self. This is probably why she only makes As in classes she is not interested in, or where she does not like the teacher or fellow classmates, which is fairly often.
- True to her self- Valencia has never changed for others, only for herself. She would never think of compromising her own identity in order to please someone else. She is not afraid to be herself, and will gladly tell those who criticize her for it to "f**k off." It's not that she doesn't care what others think, it's that she knows that she would never be happy as someone else.
- Honest- Valencia is never afraid to say what she really thinks. This may get her in trouble a lot. She's not afraid of her thoughts, or what others think of them. If she doesn't like you, she'll treat you as such and possibly tell you. While she can lie, she prefers not to, believing that dishonesty is one of the main ways that people can be controlled. And she hates control and authority more than anything.
- Go-getter- She certainly isn't ambitious, but she isn't afraid to go after what she wants. She knows what she wants, too. Person, thing, career, grade, it doesn't mater to her, if she wants to it, she'll probably go after it. Some might call that following her heart. She is rarely afraid of her desires. She plans how to get it, and then sets out to get it, and usually does.
- Caring- This may come as a shock, but if you are on her good side, she will love you like none other. She cares deeply for her family and current friends and showers them with attention, advice, and affection. She has a habit of falling quickly and falling hard in both platonic and romantic relationships. She also loves to take people she likes "under her wing" and help them get over their fears and blossom into a confident being.

- Stubborn- Valencia's stubbornness may be what is at the core of most of her problems. If you disagree with her, she won't listen while you explain, she'll be looking to weak points. There is no convincing her otherwise once she's set her mind to something, which happens very often. She never gives in, believing it to be the same as giving up. However, she refuses to compromise, and it is her way or the highway. She was known in her younger years for throwing nasty tantrums if this wasn't so.
- Judging- Though you may have never spoken to her, Valencia probably has a book of opinions on you. She carefully listens to gossip and opinions, deciding weather this person is worthy enough for her. And once you speak so much as a word to her? Make that book volumes. She tends to set impossibly high expectations for others, and if they don't reach these expectations, she becomes convinced that the problem is with in them, not her. She lacks a good understanding of human nature, insisting that everyone her be virtually flawless. She has yet to learn to put up with others flaws, rather than hating them for them.
- Rebel- Valencia does not like authority. Or anyone telling her what to do, for that mater. If you demand it, she will not give it. If you tell her to do something, she won't do it. She always makes up complex excuses, but it boils down to her self-imposed independence, and her childhood, where she was constantly teased, if not by her magical peers than by the local muggles. Instead of giving in and acting as normal as possible, she convinced herself that she was the real person, and that her tormentors were the ones that deserved to be shunned and teased. This evolved into a hatred of all cultural norms, and those that followed them.
- Impulsive- Valencia is known for making rash decisions and deciding important things on impulse. How she lost her virginity? Impulse. Her first smoke? Impulse. Her first snort of cocaine? Yet again, impulse! She has a thought pattern of... well she has none, because she doesn't think. She rarely looks beyond the moment, or behind it. She is completely in the now, as if she was going to die with in an hour. "Life is short" taken to the max.
- Fickle- Valencia is extremely fickle. She'll decide she hates you on a whim, only to love you the next week. She's not so much a fair weather friend as she is very easily displeased, and will hate you for the smallest thing. The only people who she is not fickle with are her family, who she considers the best people in the world. And you'll have to grovel to get back on her good side. As said above, her high ideals often cause her to be at least annoyed by a person for a very small reason which is insignificant to anyone else. Likewise, as soon as someone makes a mistake, she becomes focused on it, and will often be flat out nasty towards them until they have proved them selves "worthy" again. In this way, she sets herself up for always being betrayed in her eyes.

She wears her uniform, but insists on wearing stockings with it. She teens to wear no jewelry but her earrings, which are simple gold studs. Her make up is very natural looking, with pale lipstick.
When it comes to muggle clothing, she looks very 1960s mod, but with more muted colors. Think A line and baby-doll dresses, go-go boots, suits, pinstripes, and bold prints. She's not the biggest fan of bright colors, though, and most her clothing consists of a darker pallet. Think navy, deep plum, maroon, and forest green. She always has a Jacket of some sort(of what sort depends on the weather and season), as she is very sensitive to the cold.

Valencia is not exactly popular, but not quite unpopular either. She's infamous at the school for her snobbery, but those who she likes know her as a warm, if a bit sarcastic, person. She doubles as one of the schools "bad girls," known for smoking, drinking, and occasionally doing drugs on campus. During her third year, rumors spread that she had slept with several boys, and her reputation has been permanently tarnished because of this. No one knows where the rumors came from, or if there is any truth to them.

History of Magic, because she has loved history since she was a child, when she was allowed to play in archives of The Quibbler when she was seven. She was found several hours later, issues strewn around her, reading the issue with Harry's interview. She believes that if one does not know history, one is doomed to repeat it. She also enjoys studying muggles on her own time, though she does not take the class.
Transfiguration because she loves the sheer idea of changing something into something completely different. This may have something to do with her secret desire to transform herself into something completely different.
Defence against the Dark Arts ties in with her love for history and politics, especially the later. She's a firm believer in equal rights for all wizards, regardless of bloodline. She is very passionate about this, and those who don't agree with her are often put on her personal blacklist

Astronomy, she believes that it's just Divination with a better reputation in the way that it is completely pointless. She doesn't consider other planets and stars important in the least.
Herbology, as she believes it allows no room for creativity. Valencia thinks it's elementary, learning what a this and that is. She's fond of Comrade Pigeye, though.

- Valencia was born to a loving, though surprised, family. Luna and Rolph had only recently had a baby boy, and were not planning on having more children for sometime. But along came Valencia. Rather than reject the child, the whole family rejoiced. However, her mother and father were often away studying various magical creatures. Lysander, Valencia, and later their younger brother, were left in the care of Ginny Potter on and off until she was seven, when her parents decided to settle down for a few years and write a new edition of Fantastic Beasts and where to find them. During this time Ginny, and Hermione during family gathering, tried to make her as at home as possible, but had few friends and spent most of her time trying to get Ginny to get her books from the "big person shelf." She often scared the other children with her gruesome versions of their parent's adventures. Many of them teased her for her strange opinions, clothing, appearance, and family. She liked the family cat a lot, and it liked her; she would carry it around like a baby. Whenever she was mad at James (which, despite her closeness with her brother, was very often) she would put the cat in his bedroom while he was sleeping. She made no attempt to hide the fact that she did this regularly, and actually seemed rather proud of herself.
She was happy to leave when her parents bought their own land near the Burrow. They had decided to settle down and write a completely new version of "Fantastic Beats and where to find them." Their home and land are filled with animals(tamed and otherwise). Each child got their room. Valencia decorated hers with posters of Beatles album covers and shelves for books upon books. She was fascinated with Muggles, and began spying on the ones from the neighboring manor when she was eight. To this day, she goes during brakes to check up on them. She finds escape in their lives, and she can forget her own drama and problems as she watches theirs play out.
Valencia hoped that Hogwarts would bring more people who weren't "a waste of human space" into her life. She made several friends her first year, but lost many during her second, when she began an affair with an older Slytherin, much to shock of her former friends. However, she gained some new ones in what many considered the "bad crowd." Not death eaters exactly, but no heroes either. During the beginning of her third year, she slept with her boyfriend twice before she broke up with him after it became clear he was in love with someone else. He started spreading vicious rumors around their social circle, which led them to drop her. Alone and now labeled the school's slut, she set out to rebuild her social circle once again. She now has a few close friends, mostly those who stood by her even through her "dark phase." She became very involved in political movements around the school, and is now a passionate political.
