Darian doesn't usually stand out in a crowd. When people see him, they often pay little or no attention to him at all. He seems like a shy being, and most people just shrug it off.
But Darian isn't really a shy guy at all. No, he's incredibly friendly, and enjoys being around people. But that's the thing. Being around people doesn't necessarily mean that he's doing all the talking. Darian is generally a people watcher. He finds people very interesting. However, he does enjoy having conversations and won't ever refuse to talk.
On the very rare chance that he does stick out in the crowd, it usually happens to be because of his tattoos or insane music ability. His whole right arm is covered in the ink, and he plays the drums. And, just like any drummer, Darian has his fingers tapping away on almost any surface.

Darian could care less about what he looks like. Yes, he is aware that he isn't ugly. But does he care or use that to his advantage? No, he does not.
It's not that he hates the way he looks or anything. It's simply that he doesn't seem to care. Darian would rather do other things than use the way he looks to a certain advantage.

- Thoughtful - Darian is almost always thinking. He thinks about, literally, anything and everything. Present him with a conflict, a thought, a question, and Darian will, without a doubt, spend a good amount of time thinking it over.
- Open minded - Darian doesn't close his mind to anything. He listens to the opinions of others and considers them. If he doesn't find that he agrees, he won't sit and slander the person and tell them that their opinion is wrong. After all, an opinion is an opinion. He also tends to believe that there isn't right or wrong, so his mind is open to any side of any situation. Yes, he knows that he doesn't agree with some actions, but he doesn't believe that it makes the action wrong.
- Sensitive to others- Darian is easily aware of the emotional standings of others. He has a knack for reading people's emotions through their facial expressions and eyes. After all, years and years of people watching had to pay up to something, didn't it? However, this doesn't make Darian a mind reader. He's just sensitive to the way others are feeling. And, having a big heart, can easily feel for the person.
- Kind and Caring - Despite who you are or what you are, Darian will, without a doubt, be kind and caring toward you. Unless you do something greatly wrong to him or someone he deeply cares for, you have ultimately earned his respect. Darian's quick to offer a helping hand.
- Honesty - Darian is one of the most honest people you could ever run into. Ask him any question at all, and he'll try and answer it for you as best as he can. Of course, there will be a question that comes around that could possibly hurt someone's feelings, but Darian tries to answer those as gently as he can, while still being honest. He doesn't enjoy lying, and rarely ever does.

- Too Trusting - Darian puts way too much faith into people. It is easy to gain Darian's trust, which is both a good and a bad thing. There have been multiple times where someone has used Darian's trust in a negative way.
- Over-Analyzer - Being thoughtful is not only a good thing, but a bad thing. Or at least it is when it comes to Darian. Often times Darian will think too much about something. This isn't always a good thing.
- Morals - Like stated before, Darian has hard time saying what is right or wrong. He believes that all people, despite the fact that he may disagree with their actions, believe that what they are doing is right. This fact often gets him in trouble with many people.
- Worry Wart - If natural causes aren't the death of him (or some accident), worrying will be. Darian worries about almost anything. He worries about the people he becomes friends with, worries about whether or not he finished his homework, worries about upsetting people by saying something, worries, worries, worries, worries. It happens quite often to poor Darian.
- Sticky Situations - Seeing as Darian dislikes judging people upon meeting them, he can often find himself in sticky situations. Darian helps anyone that needs it, and, with lack of judgment, he can find himself getting into some deep trouble by helping someone do something they shouldn't be doing. Yes, he worries about his well being, but he doesn't like to back out when he's all ready helping.

The most distinctive features of Darian are either his friendly smile or his inked arm.
His face is almost always open and friendly, and, when someone is asked about Darian Good, they most likely would comment on how friendly he was.
Other than that, his inked arm tends to be one of the first things noticed about him (unless he's wearing long-sleeves). The tattoo that gets the most attention is that of a little girl's face.

When it comes to clothes, Darian dresses on the alternative side, from band t-shirts to crazy graphic designs. He'll also often wear solid colored t-shirts, accompanied with ripped up jeans. Stuffed into the back pockets of said ripped up jeans is always a pair of drum sticks. Darian never goes anywhere without them.

- On January 31st, Benjamin and Abigale Good were graced the presence of a little boy. It was clear then, just by looking at him, that Darian would be the angel they were always hoping for.
Over the years, they began to have more children. Sarah would be next, followed short after by Marcus. At the age of three, Darian was excited as ever to become a big brother. Even then it was clear to Abigale and Benjamin that he would always be there, caring for his siblings.
And that was true. The Goods had a tough life. Benjamin and Abigale had low paying jobs and many mouths to feed. It was often hard for them to get enough money to even feed themselves at times. And thus, Darian at the young age of eleven, began working. He'd offer to help his neighbors with bringing in groceries, he began a paper route, he volunteered to help out at any place willing to take on an eleven year old. Darian made it his job to take care of his siblings.
It was around this time that Darian also began to notice things about himself. He found odd things happening, things that defied the laws of nature, things that shouldn't be allowed to happen. Soon after, Darian would get his very first letter from Hogwarts, explaining who and what he was.
His parents, to say the least, were ecstatic. They were so proud of their oldest son. He was something special. Abigale had always known it. If it weren't against the rules, they would have paraded their son around. Darian was almost embarrassed, though still happy that his parents were so proud.
Sarah and Marcus, however, weren't so proud. They were very jealous. They stopped speaking to Darian as soon as he went off to school. It took him years to get them to talk to him again, and even now they don't have a kind word to say in his direction. They, unlike Darian, never got letters to Hogwarts.
In Darian's second year at Hogwarts, another addition was made in his family. Rachel was something Darian loved deeply. Whenever he was home, he was always with her. Maybe it was because Rachel couldn't judge or hate him for what he was. Regardless, Darian loved the girl. Their bond would grow over the years, to something very strong and special. She, just like Sarah and Marcus, would never set foot into Hogwarts.
The years went by. They were relatively normal years, what with Darian going to school and coming home on breaks. And now Darian goes into his seventh and final year at Hogwarts.
