A first glance at Nicole would appear a lady, but once you get to know her, Nicole is not a lady. Being a pureblood Nicole comes off as arrogant, and that is completely correct, she is arrogant. She doesn’t talk to anyone that is less than her- no muggles, no mudbloods, to halfbloods. She is very beautiful and most men take a second glance at her and many approach her.

- Smart- Nicole was always intelligent and always loved to read. She got excellent grades in school.
- Getting what she wants- Nicole always has known how to get what she wants with her looks, brain, and deceiving nature. When she was in school she would lure the guys if she needed something and ninety-nine times out of a hundred, it worked.

Standing at 5’6” Nicole hates her height and wished that she was much taller and compensates this by wearing shoes with heels the majority of the time. Both of her parents are much taller than her, her father being 6’4” and mother being 5’9”. She has come to the conclusion that her shortness comes from her aunt, who is as short as she is

Nicole got her small frame from her mother, which is one of the only things that she is proud of that she received from her mother. No matter how much she eats she stays around 125 pounds.

Her eyes are very dark, almost black, but they shine with mischievousness. Surrounded with long, black eyelashes she often wears dark makeup around them, making them seem much larger and darker than they are.

Nicole loves her hair, it is dark brown and sometimes looks almost black. It is long reaching just past her shoulder blades. Most of the time she wears it wavy but occasionally hexes it straight. It is rare to find her hair up or even half up. Her hair is very shiny, very full, and very soft. Her hair is always perfectly polished, not a hair out of place.

When she was a little girl Nicole had porcelain skin, but as she got older her skin darkened slightly. It is now more of an olive tone. When she was a child she had a few freckles on her nose and cheekbones, but in her mid teens they faded and eventually disappeared, which she was enormously grateful for. She has one scar on her body which is on her left wrist from smashing a tea cup in her mother’s parlor in one of her anger spurts.

Nicole’s body looks deceiving. She has a tiny frame and looks like she is weak, but is much stronger than she looks. Her waist is tiny, but her chest and hips give her curves. Her hands are small with long fingers and long finger nails, which are usually painted red.

Her mother is full French with a tiny amount of veela in her from her mother’s side. Her father is half French from his mother’s side and half English from his father’s side. He grew up in England.

Her legs are long and almost perfect. Nicole hates her arms, they are thin and her wrists are so tiny it looks like you could snap them with one hand and no effort. She has a long, elegant neck that looks aristocratic. From her mother she inherited high cheekbones. Ever since she was a little girl she has had perfect posture, with head held high, shoulders down, and back straight, it stands out.

Nicole would never be caught dead looking like a muggle or man. She wears skirts or dresses, never jeans. Coming from a wealthy family Nicole wears only the best clothing- silks, satins, lace, occasionally fur. Even though she doesn’t always act like it, she dresses like a lady. To mask her shortness Nicole constantly wears heeled shoes or boots. She has the family ring with the crest and diamonds surrounding it that use to be worn by her father on a chain and sometimes wears it.

Nicole was in Slytherin in school. She was the girl that all of the boys wanted to be with, the girl that all the girls wanted to be friends with. Nicole was picky though she didn’t have many friends and didn’t date many guys. Many guys in school tried to get ‘closer’ to Nicole, but most of the time she ended up freaking out at them because they pushed her. She had excellent marks in school since she always spent so much time reading in her father’s study as a child. Her father always made it known how important good grades were, and to make him happy she studied hard.

Out of the arranged marriage of her parents, both from extremely wealthy families, Nicole Joséphine Morel was born on October 30th. Born in a large villa outside of Paris, Nicole was raised a spoiled pureblood child. Her father fell in love with the small child the moment he set eyes on her and gave her everything she ever wanted which just inflated her head even more than it already was. Her mother tried her hardest to raise Nicole to be a pureblood lady destined to be quiet and rich, married to a pureblood man and never having to lift a finger, but she failed miserably.
As a child Nicole was a horror to her mother. She would leave her house whenever she wanted without telling her parents and go in the worst part of the city. Occasionally she would steal her mother’s wand and perform crude spells on the housecat. Her father never yelled at her, but fixed whatever damage she did and gave her suggestions to make it better the next time. Her mother was horrified. Her parents constantly argued about everything and the whole Morel household was always pessimistic.
Nicole would remember once at one of her mother’s ridiculous, prissy, parties when she showed up half drunk with an almost empty glass of firewhisky in one hand and a cigarette in the other. She had ditched the white and pink floor length dress that her mother had set out for her and put on a black dress that showed much more leg and chest than was appropriate for a thirteen year old. She could remember the look of utter horror on her mother’s face as Nicole blew a cloud of cigarette smoke in her face. As her mother dragged the fighting girl from the room she caught a glimpse of her father’s face, him shaking his head, a small smile on his lips. Out in the hallway her mother was jerking her around so much as she dragged her up to her room that Nicole’s wrist broke, the glass of now empty fire whisky smashing on the marble floor.
Her mother was constantly punishing her for the smallest things. She was grounded to the house for a while week once just for setting her mother’s rosebush on fire. It was dying anyway, she was just helping it along. Every time her mother would punish her for anything both of her parents got into arguments, her mother normally winning. The elder Morel woman was extremely pretty on the outside, but on the inside she was a horrid old hag and Nicole would always tell her that despite the fact that they looked incredibly similar. It was because of her mother that made Nicole absolutely hate people being in her space. She hates it when people touched her when she didn’t give them permission, this comes from her mother always being right next to her and Nicole feeling like she couldn’t breathe. She hates having someone else try and control her life.
Her mother was always breathing down her neck whenever she did anything, making sure that Nicole was reading the right things, doing what a lady should be doing, talking ‘right’. To get away Nicole would spend hours in her father’s study. The one room was the only one that her mother would not go in to. The room was very unlike the rest of the house which her mother had decorated in the boring colors of white, silver, and blue. The study was all dark wood with a maroon carpet. The walls were lined with old books whose pages crackled when you turned them. Nicole spent hours and hours in the room, curled up in one of the two mahogany chairs by the blazing fire. Her father loved her in his study. They would talk for hours about things that would make her mother’s hair curl. It was in that room that she had her first drink of alcohol, it was in that room that she would go to calm down, it was in that room where she felt the most safe. The best memories in her life were with her father in that room. He was the one person that understood her and made her happy. They were inseparable.
As she drew closer to the age of going to school she got a letter from Hogwarts since her father had attended and been in Slytherin. Her mother put her foot down. She told Nicole that she would be going to Beauxbaton Academy. Nicole knew that if she went to Beauxbaton that she would be playing more into her mother’s wish for her future, and her father recognized Nicole’s want of going to Hogwarts. Despite her mother’s wish for her little Niki to attend Beauxbatons Academy her father had different plans. The day her father brought her to England was one of the happiest in her life as of yet. She remembers vividly buying her first wand with her father and staying at her Aunt Maria’s manor for the last week of summer.
Everyone that knew Nicole Morel knew that she would end up in Slytherin so it was no surprise to anyone when she was sorted into the house of Salazar Slytherin. The little girl with the dark hair and the French accent entered the school with more magic under her belt than most of the first years. Up until her fifth year things were great. She would come home on breaks and during the summer to her mother’s yelling and nagging and her father’s attempts at defending her from the woman he was forced to marry. With each year that passed her parent’s hatred toward each other grew more and more.
A month before the end of her fifth year she received a letter from her aunt telling her of an accident her mother had, which accidently resulted in the death of her father. Nicole knew her aunt was lying to her. It was no accident that took her beloved father’s life. Her mother had always been a horrible person and she wouldn’t put it past her to kill the one person that enabled her only child to be different than her wishes.
Nicole did not wait until the end of the school year to go ‘mourn’ with her mother. After a trip down to the Potion Master’s private store room she left to go back to France. A bottle of Veritaserum in her pocket and her wand in her hand she entered her childhood home. After making her mother some tea and slipping a few drops of the potion into the drink she questioned her. Finding out that they had both been drunk and she had been fed up with everything. It had not been an accident. The fury rose in Nicole’s body, a fury that she had never felt before. The next thing she knew she was standing over the body of her dead mother, the face that had ruined her life and her father’s life now cold, empty, and still. She never told anyone, but the feeling coursing through her body as she stared down at the woman felt so good it was almost intoxicating. Nicole didn’t know before she had gone to see her mother that last time that she was going to kill her. The woman had killed the one person that she loved most in the world. It was blind rage, but she was not sorry. It was over now. She was gone. Forever.
Going back to school before anyone realized she was missing she waited until the news of her beloved mother’s death reached her ears. It didn’t take long. She pretended to be horrified. All of the money passed on to her, leaving the fifteen year old a large fortune of two old lines of pureblood families together. Her aunt was the only family member she had left in the world. Nicole did not go back to the villa she grew up in. She went to her Aunt Maria’s manor in London that summer. Her aunt had lucked out. Both of her parents had died before they could arrange a marriage for her, so she was alone. That suited her aunt though. She was very laid back, much more Nicole style, but she was still a lady. That summer with her aunt made her more into a young woman than her entire life with her mother. During this time Nicole stopped making reckless decisions and started taking life more seriously. She stopped drinking and smoking for the most part. She stopped swearing and setting things on fire when she was bored or angry. How ironic was it that only after Antoinette’s death did Nicole start acting like a lady?
Nicole Morel continued her next years of school a different person. A part of her had been killed when she received the news of her father’s death and when she had murdered her mother, the woman that looked so much like her. Not a week before her seventeenth birthday her aunt died. Nicole was now alone. She seemed unfazed by it at school. She continued with her perfect grades, her superiority, and her calm, collected nature, but on the inside a portion of her heart was had died.
After leaving Hogwarts Nicole didn’t return to France, to home. Her father’s home remained untouched in southern France. It belonged to her, but she had not returned since her aunts death. She stayed in London at her aunt’s house, which had passed down to her, that summer and got a job as Hogwarts Librarian. Hogwarts was the once place that could ever feel like home. She needed to be surrounded by the magic.
