2, A Great Horned owl named Wonka and a German Sheperd named Bach
Wonka has chocolate brown feathers with a little caramel and white choclate feathers thrown in here and there. His right eye is a bright gold and his left eye is solid black eye. Drew got him for the sole purpous of weirding out his older sisters with the funky eye.
Wonka is a very intellegent owl and sometimes considered more intellegent than his owner. He spends most of his time with Drew having a little "talk". The rest of the time is spent watching out for Astrid and Tabbums, delivering mail, and hunting for his favorites: mice, rats, snakes, and the occasional Wonka bar.
Bach is a very unusual dog. He sometimes acts more human than he does dog and he's not a very productive human at that. His very soul purpose in life while Drew is away at school is to lay on his back, on the bed, and watch TV. (His favorite show is How Clean is Your House?) He will also bark and growl at the TV as if he were actually talking to it.
His other soul purpose in life is to get as much love and attention he can. He will rub up against anyone who walks in the door and will even stand up on his hind legs to give them what is normally referred to as a "hug". Despite his laziness and loving nature, he is an ace guard dog and has prevented at least five robberies of the Longhorn home.
He is of normal coloring and his eyes are the most unusual thing about him. They are a bright jade/seaweed green. They've always been like this and they aren't sure of the cause. He can see perfectly and they have no effect on anything in his body.

- Completely Selfless- Drew's main goal in life is to help other people to survive experiences that should be effecting him as well. He likes to help people with their problems and could really care less about what happens to himself. He'll do anything to help someone else, even at his own cost.
- Piano- Like all the Longhorn children, Drew is a gifted pianist. He knows many very complicated songs and can play them proficently. He's a big fan of Ray Charles.
- Laid Back- There's really nothing you can do that will make him angry. He's just not an angry person. He doesn't get mad at anything. The only thing he does get mad at is when people make fun of his family.
- Optimistic- Like all the members of his family, he is amazingly optimistic. It's really hard to break his spirits. He likes to visualize a positive outcome and make it happen.

- Compulsive Liar- Drew makes up incredible stories to make himself seem more interesting. He would do anything to be liked. His most recent bout of lies involves his dad dying heroically instead of going to prison.
- Major Flirt- He really can't help it; he's a guy. A straight guy. He tends to flirt with every girl he sees, despite how they look. He has even been known to flirt with some strange girl in the grocery store. Anything to make them feel better.
- Tendency for Trouble- If it gets him liked, he'll do it. He also just loves the thrill of it. Though sometimes it's not his fault. He's just trying to help someone else. Don't regret anything. Regret getting caught.
- Cocky- Like every normal male, he thinks highly of himself. And like every normal teenager, he thinks he's invincible.
- Daydreamer- Not that daydreaming's bad, it's just not good in class. He is known to have symptoms of ADD and has a hard time focusing in class. It's just a random space-out moment. He can't help it.

His ever present black blazer. Like Astrid's red hat, this was a gift from the beloved Aunt Charlotte. He always wears it instead of the regular robes.
A small scar above his right ear where he had decided to rough house with Jasper...and lost. It was one of her nails that did the trick and left this slender, pink scar.
On his left arm he has a thick, red scar from where he had been hit with a branch by the bullies in grade school while defending Astrid's honor.

Along with his uniform, he wears a black blazer instead of the long robes. This was given to him by his aunt and he barely takes it off.

- Born in Astrid's first year, young Drew Longhorn always wanted to attend Hogwarts along with his favorite sister, but never showed any signs of magic. He was always the left out child, having a basically insane mother and two older sisters that took up most of his parents free attention. So, he monotoniously went through his muggle elementary days being beat up by bullies and trying to stand up for the little guy when no one else would.
- Finally, at the age of nine, he showed his first sign of magical abilities. It was just a small burst, but proof none the less. His mother was getting ready to make coffee early one morning and he mearly thought of the coffee pot clicking on and lo and behold, it did. His aunt Charlotte, who was also in the kitchen that day, said it was a true sign of magic.
- At the age of eleven, he recieved his acceptance letter to Hogwarts. This, excited his aunt and one of his older sisters, but left his parents skeptical.
- A week before the train left for Hogwarts, his mother and aunt became busy with sick relatives and had to leave for a short period, leaving them unable to take the youngest Longhorn to his first time boarding the train alone . His eldest sister refused to go to the platform altogther. So, that left only two options. His dad and Astrid. Now, eleven year old Drew Longhorn did not understand that his father's having a new ride everyday was a bad thing. But, he didn't know that the cars were stolen. So, the day before he left for Hogwarts, two police men knocked on the door, broke it down, and drug his father out and away for a long prison sentence. This little incident left Drew scarred and a deep pity for his father.
- His sister Astrid came to the rescue. She and he were already tight nit, so it was only natural that she took him to the platform and he lived with her over the summer holidays up until he was fourteen.
- Fifteen and now calmly settled to the life of a wizard. Drew spends his time helping other people with their problems as much as he can. He pushes away his own problems and is basically the adult in the situation. He cares for other people above himself and most of the time gets in trouble for it. He can't help himself.
